Great product! I first tried mouth tape with a different company and loved the results but the adhesive left a rash on my skin.

Works great! Haven’t had any complaints and definitely helps me to breath through my nose instead of my mouth especially during allergy season

Learned about the negatives of mouth breathing a couple of years ago. Have always tried to focus on using my nose mainly but nothing positively forces you to focus on it more than this product.
